Privacy Policy for Boss Note

Boss Note is an application developed by OntaByte. The application is provided free of charge and is intended to be used as is.

This document explains how we handle user data and information, as well as the third-party services used by the application.

Information We Collect

The application accesses information from your Google Account, including:

• Full name associated with your Google Account
• Email address

This information is only used to display the currently active account within the application. The data is not permanently stored and is not shared with third parties by our application.

Google Drive Access

Boss Note uses Google Drive to:

• Create backups of the user's transaction data
• Restore data from backups

Access to Google Drive is only performed after receiving explicit permission from the user through Google Account authentication. Data is stored in the user's own Google Drive account and is never accessed by the developer or any third-party server.

Local Storage

Transaction data is stored locally on the user's device, including:

• Local SQLite database
• Files stored in the device's internal storage, such as exported transaction data

All data is stored only on the user's device and is not transmitted to external servers.

Advertising

The application displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect non-personal information such as:

• Device ID
• Advertising preferences
• Device type and operating system

This data is used by Google to display relevant advertisements.

The application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
